I’m very detail-oriented and take my time during inspections. I look at every home like I would if a friend or family member were buying it. My goal isn’t just to find issues, but to explain them in a way that actually makes sense so you can make a confident decision.

At the end of the home inspection process, we will provide a detailed report that describes the physical condition of the property, with images and videos highlighting what may need repair or replacement. The information provided is to allow a potential buyer to make an informed decision about moving forward with the transaction. It is not pass or fail.
